Sunrise Coast
Close to the wharf, the sunrise coast offers travellers an excellent base to explore Savai'i. The Sunrise coast includes Savai'i’s most turquoise blue lagoon and beautiful pristine beaches. The coast is extraordinarily beautiful, particularly at dawn and dusk as the sun and moon rise over the lagoons and cooking fires perfume the air.

Among his crew, a Samoan couple, Fauea and his wife Puaseisei, who joined them on their voyage and proved pivotal in the mission in Samoa."
